Please give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Charges will apply if appointments are moved or cancelled within this period.

Deposits will be required to proceed with booking treatments at The Ocean Rooms. All deposits will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to treatment time. Unfortunately if a treatment is cancelled within 24 hours deposits will not be returned in any circumstance and the treatment cost will be charged. In some circumstances full pre-payment may be required to secure the bookings. Online bookings - A booking fee is taken on all online bookings. This fee ranges from 60p to £1.50. This will be taken off your total bill on payment. If cancelled this booking fee will not be refunded. Changes can be made to online bookings up to 24 hours prior. After this period cancellations or changes will be charged at cost of treatment. No show’s will be charged at 100% and no deposits will be refunded.

We endeavor to provide the best treatments, therefore please arrive between 5 and 10 minutes before you treatment is due to start to ensure you have sufficient time to complete our consultations.

The salon needs to be a quiet and tranquil environment for the comfort of all our customers. In addition, whilst in a treatment, it would be impossible to safely supervise a young child around potentially harmful products and equipment. We would therefore advise that the salon environment is not suitable for children under 16. If your circumstances dictate that your child must be in attendance, please be aware that the expectation upon them will be to remain seated and quiet for their own safety as well as the comfort of all guests. Please be advised that we do accept any liability or responsibility for the welfare of your children whilst in the salon. In the unfortunate event that these terms are unable to be adhered to treatment may be terminated.

Please note, we recommend gel polish for clients hands and feet due to no smudging and longer wear of the products. We do not accept responsibility for any smudges or any chips on nail lacquers after 24 hours of leaving the salon. Please be advised that you must contact us within this time period if any issue does arise. We do not guarantee a time period for how long nail lacquer will last once you have left the salon.
